All SoloCloud servers and services must be used in accordance with applicable laws and ethical standards. You are solely responsible for all content hosted on and all actions performed through your service. We take misuse seriously and act swiftly to protect our infrastructure and other customers.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without notice or refund:
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. SoloCloud cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.
You must not share your account with others or allow third parties to access your services on your behalf unless you understand and accept full liability for their actions.
All paid services require successful payment before activation. Payments must be made through the approved methods available on our billing panel. SoloCloud reserves the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice to existing customers.
Due to the immediate provisioning nature of digital hosting resources, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a service has been activated or resources have been allocated to your account. This includes partial-month refunds, cancellations after activation, and cases where you choose not to use the service.
SoloCloud's pricing is carefully calculated to reflect the actual cost of our infrastructure — including hardware, bandwidth, DDoS protection, support, and operations. Our prices represent fair and honest value for the quality of service provided.
We ask that customers respect this and refrain from excessive bargaining, particularly on VPS plans where margins are thin and resources are dedicated. Repeated or aggressive negotiation attempts may result in a refusal of service.
SoloCloud strives to maintain a 99% uptime benchmark across all services. We invest heavily in redundant infrastructure, proactive monitoring, and rapid response to outages to meet this target.
However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. Planned maintenance windows, upstream provider issues, hardware failures, or force majeure events may occasionally result in downtime. Where possible, we will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance via our Discord server and status page.
You are solely responsible for the backup and integrity of your data. While some plans include automated backup features as described in their plan details, backup availability is not guaranteed for free tier services or as a default on all plans.
SoloCloud accepts no liability for data loss resulting from hardware failure, accidental deletion, account termination, or any other cause. We strongly recommend maintaining your own independent backups of all important data at all times, regardless of your plan.
SoloCloud reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account or service at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
In cases of serious violations, accounts may be terminated immediately without notice and all associated data will be permanently deleted. For minor or first-time violations, we may issue a warning or temporary suspension at our discretion.
SoloCloud provides support exclusively for active, paid services. Support requests must be submitted through our official approved channels — either through the billing panel ticket system or our Discord server support channel.
Response times vary depending on the complexity and volume of requests. While we aim to respond to all tickets promptly, we do not guarantee specific response times for standard support. Priority support with faster response times is available on eligible higher-tier plans.
SoloCloud actively monitors all accounts and transactions for fraudulent activity. This includes but is not limited to: payment fraud, use of stolen payment methods, abuse of free trials or promotions, chargebacks without legitimate cause, and attempts to circumvent billing systems.
Any account found to be engaged in fraudulent activity will be terminated immediately without notice or refund. The user will be permanently blacklisted across all SoloCloud services. Where applicable, fraudulent activity may be reported to relevant authorities and payment providers.
