Are refunds available?

Due to the nature of digital hosting services, all sales are final. No refunds are issued after a service is activated. Please review our Terms of Service for full details.

How long do manual payments take?

Manual ticket payments are typically processed within 1–6 hours during active support hours. Our team will confirm receipt and activate your service once payment is verified.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Automatic payments are processed through our secure billing platform. We never store raw card or wallet credentials. Manual payments are handled privately via encrypted ticket channels.

Can I add balance to my account?
